A company is looking for a Senior Sales Enablement Manager to join their growing GTM Enablement team.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and deliver comprehensive new hire onboarding programs to accelerate time-to-productivity
- Own the global enablement calendar and drive consistent skill development across all GTM teams
- Create practical, field-ready content by synthesizing customer insights, win/loss data, and rep feedback into usable playbooks and assets
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in B2B sales enablement or related sales roles
- Experience building from 0 to 1 and scaling through hyper-growth
- Strong foundations in sales methodology and best practices
- Proficiency with core enablement tech stack (e.g. Gong, Outreach, LMS)
- Data-driven approach to prioritization and program design
