Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Sales Systems Analyst - Sales Tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and configure core sales tools such as Salesforce CRM and SalesLoft, including user profiles and data integrity maintenance
- Provide advanced troubleshooting and support, investigating complex issues and implementing fixes
- Support pilots and rollouts of new tools and features, ensuring smooth adoption and transition
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Tools Administration
- At least 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration/configuration experience
- Hands-on configuration experience with major sales tools beyond CRM
- Strong understanding of CRM concepts, sales workflows, and SaaS selling motions
- Comfort collaborating with cross-functional teams and balancing multiple priorities
