A company is looking for a Manager Sales Operations Analytics.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and execute incentive compensation programs, ensuring alignment with sales, marketing, and financial objectives
- Lead quota development and performance measurement across Radiology teams/products
- Analyze and publish incentive/performance reports and act as the primary contact for incentive budget forecasts
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL
- Experience working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, IT, HR, and operations
- Experience managing complex data
- Demonstrated interpersonal and leadership skills
