Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sr. Strategic Account Lead.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage key client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact for client requests, ensuring SLAs and issue response times are met
- Implement best practices within account operations to provide a consistent and high-quality customer experience
- Collaborate with data teams to assess and optimize programs, presenting findings and recommendations to clients
Required Qualifications:
- Degree or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of customer support/account operations experience and/or copay experience
- Biopharma knowledge is a plus
- Proven skills in project management
- History of working with customers and cross-functional teams
