ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow HRSD Technical Lead to oversee a team of offshore developers working on enhancement and integration efforts within the ServiceNow HRSD platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of enhancements within the HRSD module of ServiceNow
• Act as the main liaison between client stakeholders and the offshore technical team
• Support Delivery Lead/PM responsibilities, including managing forecasts and providing status updates

Required Qualifications

• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR) is REQUIRED
• Proven experience designing and developing technical solutions within ServiceNow HRSD
• Strong hands-on development background with the ability to lead by example
• Experience leading offshore teams in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Demonstrated ability to manage delivery timelines, forecasts, and status reporting
