Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support ServiceNow ITSM Performance Analytics
• Conduct workshops, demos, and gather user stories
• Advise on best practices within the ServiceNow ecosystem

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow
• Proven expertise in ITSM Performance Analytics
• ServiceNow certifications: CSA, CAD, and CIS (2 or more required)
• Experience in consultancy roles
• Eligibility to work in the USA (USC only)
