ServiceNow Solutions Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Solutions Engineer for a remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate third-party applications using REST APIs and SOAP, and automate processes with Integration Hub and Flow Designer
• Perform platform upgrades, clones, and evaluate Security Center alerts
• Maintain CMDB, Asset Management, and provide support for ITSM and CSM modules

Required Qualifications

• Strong functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in configuring and implementing Service Graph Connectors
• Expertise in ACLs, ATFs, and Performance Analytics
• Experience with MID Server Administration
• Understanding of infrastructure configurations and CI classes
