Job Summary
A company is looking for a Solution Sales Executive - Service Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive revenue growth for Jira Service Management in the SEA market
- Define and implement a clear vision for the territory and communicate regularly on status and resource requirements
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
Required Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in Sales with a proven track record in technology vendors
- Experience in the ITSM market and familiarity with mainstream service management solutions
- Experience engaging with customers and partners in Southeast Asia
- Fluency in English is required
- Certification in ITIL is a plus but not mandatory
