Job Summary
A company is looking for a Sales Support Specialist responsible for daily sales operations and agent support in the Medicare Advantage product lines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main contact for external Medicare distribution partners and support agent onboarding and training
- Demonstrate mastery of systems, processes, and regulations to ensure effective agency and agent contracting
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to internal and external constituents to facilitate sales enablement and production
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Medicare Advantage carrier or large distribution agency
- Thorough understanding of Medicare marketing, sales, and licensing requirements
- Experience in sales and sales operations collaboration
- Resident state life and health insurance license required or attainable within 60 days
- Bachelor's degree preferred
