Key Responsibilities

• Leads the strategic planning and execution of enterprise application initiatives
• Governs the enterprise application portfolio, ensuring prioritization and resource allocation
• Chairs the Clinical Application Portfolio Council to guide project selection and performance tracking

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Epic Certification or Accreditation within 6 months of hire
• 8 years of IT experience, including 5 years in IT management
• Background in nursing, ancillary services, finance, or hospital administration
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar budgets
