Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid, order, and review commercial real estate appraisals for loans
• Review complex appraisals for compliance with regulations and bank policies
• Partner with lenders and credit managers to provide consultation for loan decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation
• State General Appraiser Certification required
• Prior bank appraisal review experience preferred
• Membership in the Appraisal Institute or related designations preferred
