Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease administrative services for a real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare leases and supporting documents throughout the real estate asset lifecycle
  • Monitor lease renewals and prepare notifications for landlords
  • Maintain and report on lease activities and financial data in management software
Required Qualifications
  • 1-3 years of experience with an Associate's degree or higher, or 5-7 years of experience with a high school diploma or higher
  • Experience with commercial lease documents and real estate management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with landlords and real estate vendors
  • Experience in financial reporting and lease reconciliations
  • Familiarity with real estate management software is preferred
