Real Estate Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Analyst, Real Estate Assets (remote eligible).

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze financial and operational performance of real estate assets to improve profitability
• Prepare Capcom Packages for renewals, closures, and lease terminations while ensuring compliance with internal charters
• Collaborate with internal partners on strategic initiatives affecting real estate and assist in ad hoc projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 2-year College Degree required; 4-year College Degree in Real Estate or Finance preferred
• 1-4 years of experience in Real Estate, Real Estate Asset Management, Finance, or related fields preferred
• Strong proficiency in Excel and data reporting
• Ability to interpret financial statements and market data
• Knowledge of the Real Estate Industry and/or Restaurant Finance Industry
