Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Commercial Review Appraiser.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the valuation request process from appraisal procurement to review report completion
• Review appraisal reports for compliance with regulations and internal policies, and coordinate resolution of appraisal deficiencies
• Monitor regulatory standards and industry guidelines, and assist in updating internal policies and procedural manuals

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in appraising and/or reviewing commercial property appraisals for a financial institution
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the real estate, banking, or financial industry
• Property/Real Estate Management/Certified Real Estate Appraiser certification
