Job Summary

A company is looking for a Records Management professional responsible for reviewing property documents and maintaining critical location data.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and maintain lease information and documents in technology systems
  • Conduct audits of financial obligations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
  • Manage the subtenant process, including rent collection and invoice pass-throughs
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
  • Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology
  • Working knowledge of financial terms
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
