Key Responsibilities
- Review and maintain lease information and documents in technology systems
- Conduct audits of financial obligations and resolve discrepancies with landlords
- Manage the subtenant process, including rent collection and invoice pass-throughs
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred in business, finance/real estate, or accounting
- Ability to interpret complex real estate lease terminology
- Working knowledge of financial terms
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
