Job Summary
A company is looking for a Lease Administrator to manage lease compliance and financial accuracy across its global property portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Abstract critical lease terms and manage contract repositories while updating critical dates in the lease management database
- Review invoices and calculations in line with lease terms, ensuring timely payments
- Perform monthly rent and operating expense reviews, prepare variance reports, and support audit requests
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of lease administration experience in a commercial real estate office portfolio
- Experience with APAC and/or EMEA lease administration preferred
- Strong lease abstraction and database management skills
- Solid understanding of lease language and invoice review
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
