A company is looking for a Head of PE Real Estate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and lead a differentiated capital formation strategy targeting various investor pillars
• Oversee the full lifecycle of real estate acquisitions and asset management
• Champion an investor-first culture and operational excellence within the private equity capital formation

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in capital formation and investor engagement
• Deep experience with UHNW individuals, RIAs, and accredited investors
• Proven expertise in real estate private equity, particularly multifamily apartments
• Exceptional leadership and community-building skills
• Strong digital fluency and familiarity with investor marketing tools
