Missouri Licensed Senior Real Estate Appraiser

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Real Estate Appraiser to participate in underwriting discussions regarding real estate collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Bid, order, and review commercial real estate appraisals for loans
• Review complex appraisals for compliance with regulatory and bank policies
• Provide consultation to lenders and credit managers for informed loan decisions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or equivalent experience
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate valuation
• State General Appraiser Certification required (MO, KS, IL, TX, or CO preferred)
• Prior bank appraisal review experience strongly preferred
• Membership in the Appraisal Institute (MAI) or completion of Appraisal Institute Advanced Associate (AIAA) coursework preferred
