Key Responsibilities
- Engage and cultivate relationships with top strategic accounts to ensure revenue growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute account plans, leveraging existing relationships to create a strong business pipeline
- Lead and coach account managers while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
- 10 years of selling experience, with 5 years managing large customers in a B2B environment
- 2 years of experience in a leadership role managing employees
- Experience in sales or client management with a strong ability to build relationships
- Demonstrated success in developing senior-level business relationships and knowledge of the relevant industry
