Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Engineer to contribute to customer success and provide technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and resolve technical issues on the network and partner eCommerce platforms
- Reproduce issues, identify problems in source code, and develop tooling for engineering teams
- Document knowledge articles and collaborate with engineering teams to address complex technical challenges
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of programming experience, preferably in JavaScript or Python
- Expertise in HTML, JavaScript, CSS, SQL, and PHP
- Experience with shell commands
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
- Experience using or building APIs and integrating software solutions
