Manager of Member Advocacy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Member Advocate (Manager Level) to manage third party reproduction cases with donors and intended parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as an advocate for intended parents and egg donors throughout their egg donation journey
• Act as the primary point of contact for members, guiding them via video calls, phone calls, and emails
• Manage relationships with medical providers to coordinate retrievals and optimize case management procedures

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5+ years of experience in third party reproduction case management or coordination
• Experience working with medical or fertility clinics and providers is preferred
• Proficient in Google Suite and CRM tools; experience with egg donor software is a plus
• Interest in the third party reproduction field and ability to support members through their journeys
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
