Key Responsibilities
- Own and execute customer success strategy to maximize revenue retention and drive expansion
- Define key performance indicators and implement repeatable playbooks to achieve them
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team focused on customer support operations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams, with 3+ years in a senior capacity
- Proven ability to manage onboarding, CSM, and support functions in a SaaS environment
- Operational expertise in implementing processes and tools to scale customer success
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
