Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, communications, marketing, or a related field
  • 8+ years of experience leading Customer Success teams, with 3+ years in a senior capacity
  • Proven ability to manage onboarding, CSM, and support functions in a SaaS environment
  • Operational expertise in implementing processes and tools to scale customer success
  • Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
