Job Summary
A company is looking for a Participant Services Associate to provide support for individuals and partners in BridgeUSA programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inquiries from participants, hosts, and representatives via phone and email
- Manage escalated support cases and provide on-call support for after-hours emergencies
- Review participant applications and maintain records in compliance with J-1 visa regulations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent)
- Previous customer service experience; call center experience preferred
- Experience in a global and fast-paced work environment
- Must have a valid US Passport and US driver's license
- Second language skills are a plus
