Job Summary

A company is looking for a Family Technical Support L1 Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software, hardware, printer, and broadband network issues
  • Log all calls in the call tracking system and escalate calls when necessary
  • Provide administrative support for the enrollment process and assist with user requirements data collection
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • Prior technical contact center or Help Desk experience required
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows 10 and above, Office 2010 and later, and web browsers
  • Experience with remote troubleshooting and home networking devices
  • College degree preferred
  • CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+ certifications are a plus
