Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and process claims to achieve timely resolutions by investigating and gathering relevant information
• Negotiate settlements of claims within designated authority
• Communicate claim activity and processing updates to claimants and clients

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of claims management experience or equivalent education and experience
• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Professional certification applicable to the line of business preferred
• Knowledge of jurisdictional requirements for VA, NC, SC, KY, and WV
• Licensing as required for the position
