Job Summary

A company is looking for a Team Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assign work-specific activities and provide direction and training to team members
• Resolve complex accounts payable and receivable issues and ensure timely invoice creation
• Collaborate with management to identify and address productivity issues within the team

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 3 years of business experience, including 1 year in a brokerage or customs brokerage environment
• Ability to maintain strong working relationships with internal and external customers
• Experience in training and motivating team members for optimal productivity
