Job Summary
A company is looking for a Technical Account Manager to build long-term strategic relationships with enterprise accounts and ensure customers achieve desired outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop close working relationships with technical and management teams to achieve customer desired outcomes
- Act as the subject matter expert for customers, advising on new products and feature enhancements
- Provide proactive program deliverables, including onboarding, health checks, and strategic support plans
Required Qualifications
- At least 7 years of experience with network security solutions, particularly web proxies and firewalls
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Systems preferred
- 5+ years of experience in a senior technical support role managing large enterprise customers
- Understanding of networking principles and diagnosing network issues
- Experience with Active Directory and enterprise applications, including server operating systems
