Key Responsibilities
- Review, triage and respond to customer queries in a timely manner
- Identify customer needs and assist in using specific features
- Document customer-specific processes and maintain reports on inquiries and feedback
Required Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in a Technical Support Specialist role or a relevant STEM degree
- Work experience in the software industry
- Experience using help desk software (JIRA) and documentation tools (Confluence)
- Ability to analyze and understand complex technical issues
- Willingness to work on a shifting schedule to support clients across different time zones
