Job Summary
A company is looking for a Support Operations Analyst to manage operations and resolve disputes for accounting firms.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations, dispute research, and resolution processes for large accounting firms
- Provide operational support for disputes, payments, onboarding, off-boarding, and process improvement for the QuickBooks Solution Provider channel
- Ensure accuracy of incentives, productivity of partners, and facilitate audits as new firms join
Required Qualifications
- 2-4 years of experience in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Finance Ops, or similar roles
- Proven experience in researching and resolving complex payment or incentive disputes
- Hands-on proficiency with Salesforce and advanced skills in Excel/Google Sheets
- Familiarity with SQL or BI tools such as Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
- Experience with low-code workflow/databasing platforms like Quickbase
