Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 2, Technical Support Representative to provide remote support for medical devices and IT inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer inquiries regarding the Optos Panoramic200 device operation and configuration
  • Troubleshoot network issues, including connectivity and software problems
  • Log interactions in the CRM system and escalate critical issues to field teams
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of Technical Support experience
  • Experience in a customer care environment
  • Extensive knowledge of Windows operating systems and PC hardware
  • Intermediate IT networking knowledge
