Responsibilities
• Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
• Present solutions to customer issues, complaints, or concerns in a timely manner.
• Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
• Routinely and accurately document customer interactions in the company database.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
• Must have customer service experience in an office setting.
• Basic computer proficiency required.
