Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of client relationship management or customer service experience
  • 2+ years of experience in ticketing preferred
  • Familiarity with ticketing hardware preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
