A company is looking for a Patient Access Services Representative.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete the financial clearance process and create a positive first impression for patients and families
- Conduct pre-registration, registration, and insurance verification while interviewing patients to obtain necessary information
- Collaborate with medical staff, nursing, ancillary departments, and insurance payors
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Applicable computer knowledge and skills
- Post-secondary education (preferred)
- Experience in a clinical setting with registration experience (preferred)
- Previous Epic experience (preferred)
