Remote Call Center Agent

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Call Center Agent to work remotely for $16/hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and may make outbound calls as needed
• Update patient data accurately and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Utilize computer skills for data entry and coordinate with carriers regarding medication coverage

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Must have 1 year or more of recent call center experience
• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Knowledge of medical terminology and HIPAA regulations is a plus
• Must have a private, quiet workspace free from distractions
• Basic technical troubleshooting skills and a wired high-speed internet connection are mandatory
