Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field
- High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is a plus
- Technical aptitude and a willingness to learn new software and systems
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects simultaneously
- Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred
