Job Summary
A company is looking for a Tier 2 Network Support Engineer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provisioning and troubleshooting various network equipment including DSLAMs and digital cross-connects
- Collaborating with field technicians to troubleshoot and install services using complex testing devices
- Maintaining accurate records and analyzing operational support systems software
Required Qualifications:
- Reliable internet connection and remote work setup
- Availability to work non-standard hours as needed by the business
- Digital fundamentals and electricity theory, or equivalent trade experience or certificate
- Experience in advanced software-based digital switch programming and diagnostics
- Knowledge of network troubleshooting and network security
