Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to attract and convert new customers
• Manage the Salesforce pipeline and provide necessary marketing materials to the Sales team
• Oversee Trade-specific marketing plans and manage the Partner Marketing budget

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Marketing, B2B Sales, CPG Marketing, or Brand Management
• Experience in the interior design industry is required
• Proven track record of growing a line of business and managing a sales team
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis
• Highly organized with project management skills in a fast-paced environment
