Unified Communications Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Unified Communications Business Analyst (Systems/Application Analyst).

Key Responsibilities

• Integrate, support, and enhance systems and tools within Unified Communications
• Act as primary point of contact for vendors and manage vendor relationships
• Analyze financials, assist with budgeting and forecasting, and ensure vendor billing accuracy

Required Qualifications

• Master's degree in computer science or related field with two years of relevant experience; or Bachelor's degree with four years; or Associate's degree with five years; or six years of relevant experience
• Two years of experience in a Unified Communications environment
• Proven experience in financial analysis, vendor management, and long-term planning
• Experience with voice and data circuits, including vendor billing and auditing
• Experience documenting workflows, processes, and system integrations
