Key Responsibilities

• Oversee financial, accounting, and IT functions, ensuring data integrity and compliance with government regulations
• Analyze complex data and generate reports to support revenue-generating business units
• Implement best practices and streamline processes to enhance organizational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or CPA preferred
• 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
• Experience overseeing IT functions, including strategic planning and system implementations
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with government contracting accounting
• Proven ability to lead and mentor high-performing finance and accounting teams
