Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of contact center experience (agent or higher)
- Experience in customer service
- Ability to use telephony tools and applications
- Must be able to obtain and maintain government agency suitability requirements
