Job Summary

A company is looking for a Behavioral Health Clinician (LPCC, LISW, or RN - Behavioral Health).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Provide telephonic and/or virtual behavioral health support to members
• Coordinate care with providers, facilities, and community resources

Required Qualifications

• Independent Ohio Licensure: LPCC, LISW, or RN with behavioral health experience
• Minimum of 2-3 years of direct behavioral health experience
• Strong assessment, care planning, and documentation skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating with a team
• Excellent organizational skills
