The primary objective of this role is to design and implement employer branding strategies to enhance Wallex reputation as an employer of choice in the job market and to strengthen internal communications. The ideal candidate will leverage their understanding of HR and marketing principles to develop targeted campaigns that elevate the employee experience and attract top talent.
Employer Branding:
- Develop and execute employer branding campaigns aimed at attracting and retaining talent.
- Analyze the current employer brand positioning and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to align internal and external messaging.
Internal Communications:
- Create and manage communication content for internal audiences, including newsletters, email campaigns, and internal branding initiatives.
- Monitor employee feedback and assess the impact of internal communication strategies on employee engagement and satisfaction.
HR Marketing:
- Develop content for social media, particularly LinkedIn, to strengthen Wallex employer brand.
- Utilize digital marketing tools to monitor feedback, gather insights, and assess the employer brand position in the job market.
- Analyze data to evaluate campaign performance and provide regular reports to CHRO.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in HR with a focus on employer branding or marketing.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, especially LinkedIn.
- Strong content creation skills for both internal and external communications.
- Analytical skills and familiarity with data reporting and analysis tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Persian.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
