Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Account Executive (Small Business Market).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to ensure client success and retention
- Oversee strategic account management and drive revenue growth through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Act as a point of escalation for complex client issues and ensure effective communication of product updates
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading a customer success or account management team
- Minimum 7 years of overall experience in customer success or account management
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Deep knowledge of HSA, HRA, FSA, and related regulatory requirements preferred
- Proficiency in CRM and client engagement platforms, such as Salesforce
