Account Installation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Account Installation Senior Representative for ID Cards.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate and timely delivery of ID cards to clients
• Coordinate with internal partners and vendors on non-standard ID card requests
• Analyze client benefits and make appropriate processing choices

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor's degree preferred
• 2+ years of experience in a healthcare/insurance company preferred
• Technical proficiency with MS-Excel, Word, and PowerPoint required
• 1+ years of experience with Salesforce and other relevant systems preferred
• 1+ years of project management experience preferred
