Agent Support Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agent Support Specialist - Fully Remote (Overnight).

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Direct Agents and Nationwide Vendors to support recovery operations
• Process client assignments in a timely manner, including those on hold or closed
• Act as the primary point of contact for Agents regarding advanced needs or issues

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Extremely organized and highly motivated
• Successfully pass drug screen and background investigation
• H.S. diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years collections and/or Skip Tracking experience preferred
• Ability to work in a fully remote environment
