Job Summary

A company is looking for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial virtual assessments on flagged residents and create care plans
• Complete high-volume virtual visits across designated skilled nursing facilities
• Provide quality and product feedback to improve workflows and flagging logic

Required Qualifications

• Certified and Licensed Nurse Practitioner in at least two states (CA, CT, MI, IL, NJ, NY)
• 2+ years of NP experience with complex adult populations and ability to practice independently
• Tech-savvy with experience in Google Suite, multiple EMRs, and AI tools
• Available approximately 10 days per month, weekdays only
• English required; Spanish preferred
