Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Regional Accounts - Central.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead market access initiatives and foster relationships with regional healthcare accounts
• Ensure profitable access for products across pharmacy and medical benefit designs
• Develop account strategies aligned with short-term and long-term engagement objectives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
• 10+ years of pharmaceutical experience, including 3+ years in IDN account management or sales management
• Experience with infusion site of care delivery settings preferred
• Working knowledge of Regional Payers and Integrated Health Systems
• Demonstrated success in large account management and market sales growth
