A company is looking for a BDC Service Coordinator to manage customer service appointments at automotive dealerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments
- Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system to book appointments and follow up for customer feedback
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
Qualifications
- Must have a private dedicated office space with a hardwired internet connection
- High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and customer service experience is a plus
- Exceptional phone etiquette and pleasant demeanor
- Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
- Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
