Job Summary

A company is looking for a BDC Service Coordinator to manage customer service appointments at automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound communications with customers to schedule service appointments
  • Utilize the myKaarma scheduling system to book appointments and follow up for customer feedback
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and dealership staff
Qualifications
  • Must have a private dedicated office space with a hardwired internet connection
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; a combination of education and customer service experience is a plus
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and pleasant demeanor
  • Proficiency in computer systems and ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Previous experience in a call center environment is preferred
