Key Responsibilities:
- Confirm scheduled appointments and assist in overcoming customer objections
- Serve as the first point of contact for escalated scheduling issues, providing resolutions
- Manage the rescheduling process to ensure minimal disruption for customers
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or scheduling role in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in customer service are a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish and English
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic computer competency
