Job Summary

A company is looking for a Merchant Services Representative - Bilingual (English/Spanish).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with merchants, providing excellent customer service
• Manage new merchant set-ups, training, and processing consumer applications
• Review conditions for funding and assist merchants in using the financing program

Required Qualifications

• Proficient in English and Spanish, comfortable conducting business in both languages
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must possess a disciplined work ethic and a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
